I went in last night an the 5 and 3 cats printed just fine for the olay, CG and venus promo...
TODAY though I did 2 transactions and only the 5 $ one printed on BOTH transactions.

Does anyone know when the 3 $ cat ends? or why just the 5 one printed with the picnic coupon?

It was my understanding that all 3 should be valid to print today ... However others on another site I frequent are also reporting that they didn't get the 3 $ one either.... I am glad you did though!

I looked at my previous transaction cats, and att he bottom of the 3 $ cat the number is printed as 093620

It is the same on all my 3 $ cats, so hopefully that is the code for the offer!

Weird! I literally just called and got the answering machine that they are closed today and to call back Monday- Friday 8-5!!!

They didn't say what time zone that 8-5 was though !

I just called 1-888-8-coupon and got ahold of someone! The guy said they were open 24-7.

I think I had to push option #3 for consumer.

IMPORTANT: I think you have to wait 48 hours to call in on an issue with a catalina NOT printing. They need time for the stores to get them the info.

Ah! Good to know! I Pushed number 1 and 0 on different calls...
Either way, I went to the website and just put the info in there for them over the website.
Hopefully I will get those in the mail to use with the gift cards after 6/18....

I think that is the best way to do it. I called once about a missing $1 cat and instead they sent me the 10c gas reward. I didn't call about that and don't even use those (speedway is across town for me so not worth it) At least doing it in writing will give you backup of what you asked for in case there is an issue.

Edited to add: Then I think you could do it on the website asap so you don't forget to do it. And they would process it when they have the info.

I did three transactions ...two where I purchased 2 olay, 2 venus and 2 covergirl and one where i purchased 2 venus, 2 covergirl and one olay. The first two transactions printed great 10crt, 5cat and 3cat the last transaction where i only purchased 1 olay did not print the 3cat? Is that because I only purchased 1 olay??? Thanks in advance
