I've done two orders with Suave in it, both times the CRT printed. I think it's just Kmart and their ancient computers.

I was checking waiting in line behind two customers. The first customer finished and paid and received her receipt. The cashier tries to start the next order, nothing is happening, then all of the sudden out pops some crts! Talk about delayed!!!

like she said the computers are the issue not the people most of the time. the girl had to look at coupon look what it was for, highlight it on screen and for b2g1 had to highlight all 3....it sounds hard. and for shoppers we don't have a screen to watch and make sure its done right. was looking through receipts to see to why i didnt get my CRT and i noticed that 1 coupon wasn't applied and one was logged as .75 off and i gave them a $1 coupon also have 2 items that never got scanned thats why i was out my $10crt

Honestly I don't think the managers know how it works. I did 2 mayo in one of my orders and it counted bc if it didn't I wouldn't of received the $10 CRT.

I have a question for you all. If you use the $10 P&G crt to pay with does that stop you from getting the bonus points? I did a transaction today with sauve, dove and the schick razors and did not get the bonus points for the schick or sauve. And I had enough of both to get them of course cs said I have to contact the card people. I did get my new $10 crt and this time I got the Dove one I didn't get the dove yesterday but they gave me a gift card for that. Can you use the gift cards we are getting with the date of 6/18 on them with the $10 or $5 crts? Thanks for your help.

I am wondering if Suave is regional? I finally had a truly positive experience at K Mart---all my transactions went through and the front end mgr. actually told the cashier to listen to me because I shop with coupons all the time and know what I am doing. Of course I need to thank Tracysbeans for her "cashier training tips." I did have one Q that would not work---b2g1 body wash, I bought sweet pea ,coconut and ocean,one on my receipt said natural, probably the coconut, what has worked???

This is geat! I love to hear the good stories about the good Kmarts out there. It's so tough reading SO many posts about the bad out there. I wish everyone had good Kmarts.

For me it's all about prevention at the registers. I do everything I can to prevent having to go to the service desk after I have checked out. Especially knowing that any returns were I used Kmart coupons would be a mess.

I just wish I had more time time to answer every question asked but I run 2businesses and just don't have the time. And I won't answer a question that has already been answered by me or someone else in the same thread. If I see someones not taking the time to read the thread I won't answer them. Especially when the answer to THEIR question might only be 2 or 3 posts above their post. It took me a long time to learn the Kmart deals and I'm still learning daily. (I'm just a very quick learner) I expect others to read and try to learn too. I just see so many of the same questions asked over and over and over. Drives me crazy so I just skip over them.

It was a good start having a thread just for scenarios! This is all just my opinion... I don't have the magic/knowhow to make these things happen.

The $10 would not be a GC, rather a CRT. It's a coupon for $10 off a $10 purchase. The same with the $5 from the Dove deal.

Well, no problem with that. But I would be able to double dip that way to get 2 CRTs? I know this is in the thread somewhere... is the 5.00 dove crt work on all Dove products, including Men's deodorant? Has anyone tried this?

Yes, you can get both in the same transaction, I have been

I believe so...at least they have a sign hanging by the deodorant advertising it. I have only purchased body wash and shampoo so far, so I can't say 100%.

I agree. Strongly. Maybe its because kmart is very difficult and does alot of promotions at a time. Its hard to know what works what dont.
