| Shop Your Way Reward account now at ZERO (0.00)
Check your SYWR accounts! Mine is at ZERO! I did lose out on some points, but I was one of the ones who used them up as soon as I got them, so I'm not out much. After you check your account, if you had SAVED them up, did you get them back, or are you just at ZERO? |

I am glad you are not negative, but IMO they shouldn't have touched them to begin with...

| I totally agree! When I called, I was told I took advantage of the points offer. I told her I wouldn't have bought any of the items had it not been for the bonus points!

IMO, when they have THEIR reps telling people they are valid points... And they run the promo ... I mean " error" .... in their system for 2 weeks, it is absolutely insane that they think that anyone is " taking advantage" of them. Had they stopped the bonus points after 12 hours of " error" and during that time you racked up a huge amount,KNOWING IT WAS AN ERROR ON THEIR PART ... And you bought as much as you could in those 12 hours before they " caught on... That would be one thing and might be seen as trying to scam the system. However nothing like that happened. They told people it wasn't an error, and they were valid and useable and they waited 2 frikkin weeks before they changed their minds... Then they decided they would lose too much $ and screwed the very people who thought they were following the rules! Some one took advantage of someone else, but it wasn't the customers... |

I was also one that used my points as I earned them (because I don't trust reward programs! LOL! ....hmmmm, I wonder why?! ). 6/5 a.m. -$64 6/5 p.m. -$69 6/6 a.m. -$2 At least it won't take me 10 years to get out of the negative now!

I am irritated that I lost a total of $26 in points that I got from the rimmel a day or two before they did all this. But I am happy that at least my cards are at 0 and I can do the beach towels and use the crts for bonus points I got this week. I started Kmart back oin the "duracell" days so I know how they pull things mid thought. I had done the duracell gc deal that morning and it was fine and drove an hour to a store and shopped for over an hour and went to check out and nope were not doing that anymore its one per customer via mail in rebate now. All these years later I still kick myself I didnt do that deal sooner and harder LOL So, while its tempting to let points build for those times they do 2x points or whatever I wont be doing that I will use my points everytime I shop now.

So are they giving everyone their points back (I hope)? I had not spent mine because the only register open the last day I did the deals was one that the little credit card swipey machine was broke so I couldn't use my points! I did a couple of deals at that time as well, which I was planning on rolling into the next. And, ya know - after doing the first transaction and not being able to use my points, I almost didn't do any additional ones, but thought - well, I'll just use them next time! BAAAA!

I got my points balance back to zero too. But it would have been nicer if they would give us our points back that we had on our cards before the PNG deals started

| Buy 2 get 5000 points. Cheapest ones I saw were 3.99 each so comes to $1.50 per towel but added in with the P+G deal and buy $50 get $5 gc which at my store is coming off automatically so no waiting it comes out pretty good.

I saved my points instead of spending them. They have not added back any of the points they took away. ![]() Also, I paid for a purchase with my remaining points yesterday. When the cashier scanned my SYWR card and applied my points, it took off $16.39. The screen said my change due was $1.22. The cashier wasn't sure what to do, but she checked my receipt and it said change due was 0. So she didn't give me any change. But now that I am looking at my receipt, it shows my purchase was $15.17, but $16.39 was taken off my card. It took $1.22 more off my card than the total for my purchase. The receipt shows change due as 0. But SYWR took off $16.39 for a $15.17 purchase. |

| I am paying attention to it now. I looked up other receipts where I paid with points and it always overcharges me. I guess it is better to just apply a certain number of points to the purchase. Otherwise, you get cheated out of points.

So I have $10 in points... Should I just go ahead and use em? Not save 'em?!

| Based on last week's fiasco, I would have to say yes. At least if they take them away again and you're in the negative, they take you back to zero.
