Cover Girl & olay $10.00 rebate
I just downloaded the rebate form from the covergirl website. Unfortunately its only good on a few select items. Not the lash blast mascara.

Well, that's a bummer for sure! I wonder why they had it advertised in the P&G insert right under the Lash Blast q?
