Last night my SYWR account was at 88,000+ points. This morning it's at 5,000. I was going to buy a mower next week when the gift cards went into effect. This is an outrage! Can someone give me the number to SYWR? Someone's going to be hearing from me.

On my card I had about $4 and I tried to use it Thursday and it said invlalid poayment or something like that and I just firgured it was b/c her register was jacked up. Today my total is -108
and my moms card had $22 on it and its now at -36
grrrrrr

ETA: Looks like ppl on SD are saying theyve called and the hba bonus points was a mistake blahblahblah and they are deducting them from our accounts. Well on my moms card I did the Rimmel deal paying with $5 crts I paid oop for for glad trashbags so I truly lost $22 I couldve used on real stuff. That irritates me.
I could live with the $4 in true bonus points from mine but that $22 was cash spent to get em but I guess since she also did the hba bonus I dont have a leg to stand on. And I argued with SYW for a month over some missing points before and they never did fix it or get back with me. TERRIBLE customer service!!
