I was stockpiling......made many extra trips and spent more out of pocket than I normally would have. I am just sick right now! Not sure if I will be back to K-mart any time soon if they don't fix his.

add me to the club sad thing is I was gonna use these points but left pin number at home and they wouldn't let me use points. 44 dollars gone. UGH I feel robbed. Reminds me of the franklin goose fiasco.

Also, this isn't the first time they've done this. About a year and a half ago, I discovered I had a negative 20,000 point balance. I had a lot of things going on, and I had gotten such fabulous deals there that I let it slide. When I finally inquired about it, they said that happened to a lot of people and they finally figured out they had given points twice. Not true! I never did get it resolved, and only kept shopping there because of the past great deals.

Now I've lost 8000 plus points again. My patience is wearing thin!

I sent SYWR a email. They won't do anything I am sure, but they need to see that people do not think this is ok.
You don't run this for a week, all the while having your own reps tell customers they are earning legitimate points, then take them back and take back MORE than you gave out to begin with.

Debbie,I would check your moms card to make sure it isn't negative and use that. The terms and conditions that were agreed to state what happens with a negative balance. I saw this on another site and it would be useful to copy and paste here.

"6. Negative Points Balance. If you have a negative Points balance, you will still earn Points on Program-Eligible Purchases, which will be applied to Your Points account until a positive Points balance is restored and thereafter. However, while your Points balance is negative, you will not be able to redeem Points until the positive Points balance is restored. If you return a Program Eligible Purchase while your Points balance is negative, Company reserves the right to deduct an amount equal to the Redemption Value of that negative Points balance from the purchase price to be paid to you with respect to that return. For example, if your Points balance is negative 1,000 Points and you return a $10.00 Program Eligible Purchase, then you will receive $9.00 in cash or store credit, and 1,000 Points (a Redemption Value of $1.00) will be applied to your Points account. "

If they have taken your points, I would definitely get a new card with a new number and info or use your moms card until this is resolved.

I have not been on the blogs,trying to catch up on the rest of my life before diving in to K Mart PNG this week using my 71,000 bonus points. Now I am negative 41,000. I will be notifying my state attorney general if this does not get rectified for this and the other sketchy transactions that have happened at my local K Marts. I do not think identical transactions should be charged different amounts, you get the CRT/gift card for one transaction and not for the exact same transaction, and I know for a fact that scanners need to actually work. I worked retail mgt and my state is very serious about compliance issues. I do not think I would be as upset if I was not in the negative OR if I had been notified.

Good luck w/having them fix it. I was told I took advantage of their mistake and they weren't going to do any fixing. If you want a ZERO balance you have to give them a CREDIT CARD so they can BILL you!!!!

Wow..I will just use my dh's card which he has only used once a year ago..not sure why you can't close it and get another, shoot I'd use my mom or son's name if not in my own..really pathetic of kmart and no wonder several stores have closed here.

Mine is negative too and I didnt go during the PG thing! I am beyond frustrated. I just lost over 40,000 points and did not even get the PG deals because we are broke. I do not know how to fix this but talking to them on the phone got me nowhere I was told they will look into it grrrrrr!

Ok I was told that if I did the deal WITH OUT the "'coupon" for 30% in points in health & beauty that you where NOT suppose to get the deal... That it was a computer glitch...
Looks like ill be returning alot of razors...

Be aware they may charge you to return the razors if you used any CRT's or gift cards ECT....
