Like any other company in the retail biz...you fix it. But you don't drive away your customers by pulling something like this. I'd like to not give them notice when I decide to leave their membership. Up til now, I have felt valued. But like I mentioned it in another thread, they are killing themselves in their business with poorly trained store staff and stupid rules. Abbie brought up a good point when talking to CS.....refunding every single item. I think I will call too. |

LOTS AND LOTS! I don't like having a company spy on what I'm doing. I can see now why some people don't want to get store cards. MY purchases are MY business. And I don't think 5 transactions in one day is extreme. She made it sound that way. I do many different transactions at CVS and I don't get any grief for it and I'm not into discussing all the transactions days later with a store rep. I'm started to get a weird vibe right now with ALL of this. I don't need anyone watching over me. It REALLY bugs me. |

| Yeah great way to treat your customers. And when I call in when I get transfered they say your getting transfer to a gold member rep. (or something like that) Made me sound special but not now. I don't even think the reps are very polite. At least most of the ones I have spoken to aren't.

Back around Christmas time, every time you spent your points, you automatically got 50 pct of your points back. So if you spent 50,000 points on stuff, you immediately earned 25,000 new points: that was AWESOME and I took full advantage of it...but I haven't seen anything like it since.

When I said I wanted to use my 3,633 points tonight at Sears to buy my grandson something but now couldn't she just said oh well. She said I don't blame you for not wanting to shop at our stores. I was like your not leaving me a choice but not to since I no longer have those points and I'm scared to use my card. Then she goes on to say well it will be 2 days to 2 weeks to fix this. I'm like WHAT?!! She said well were busy. ![]() A bunch of BS if you ask me. |

Im negative too and this infuriates me. I think every one of us should email them and tell them we are reporting them to the better business bureau for fraud!!!!!!!!!! I am absolutely doing it!!!! |

Just checked my account. It just went from 88,000 points last night to 5,000 this morning. I am furious!!! This is ridiculous. I was stocking them away to use next week with gift cards to buy a lawn mower. Wow! Can not believe they did that!!!

I'm sliding downhill......yesterday I was -$24, today I'm -$69! ![]() I did state awhile back that I do not "save" my bonus points, just because of times with other reward programs that I've been burned. Looks like this is another one. Reward programs can stop at any time. I never take any reward program/bonus program/etc for more than it's worth......as nothing, until you physically have something.

I used my 17.xx in points yesterday and still had about 300 points left. Well this morning I'm NEGATIVE 21414 = 21.14. This is crap since I don't think I even got that many bonus points. I just didn't have the coupons for the deal. I did the razors maybe twice. I was doing the Rimmel deal. I'd change cards but I'm at silver.

I sent their customer service an e-mail this morning. I'm honestly too angry to call. This "glitch" went on for more than a week; surely someone in their company noticed it much sooner than they seemed to take action. I feel like I've been duped. When Rite-Aid had a glitch a few months ago and people were getting tons of extra +Up rewards, the store didn't punish those people for taking advantage of that or ask for the extra rewards to be returned. Why does Kmart think this is acceptable? I haven't been a huge Kmart shopper because the nearest store is over half an hour away for me, but I made two trips and did multiple transactions while the P&G promo was going on. I also took advantage of the Rimmel deal. I still have P&G CRTs from the last round that I was saving to use on Sunday, as well as CATs from the Glad deal and gift cards. But now I'm just not feeling excited about it anymore. I'm wondering if the best option would just be to use up the remaining rewards I have and cross Kmart off my list. |

I got an email saying: YOU HAVE BEEN AWARDED $10 worth of SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS Points (10,000 Points) to your account for being our valued Member. HURRY! These Points expire on 06/04/2012. You can redeem them towards anything you'd like in Outdoor Living, in store or online I wonder how this will work with my total now being negative? Online the grill tools are included in outdoor living so I'll try to get those for free if not I'll just cancel the transaction. |

I noticed my account was negative too. I posted a couple of questions to them on their facebook page I guess now I know why they were not replying ![]() My account shows almost a $40 negative balance and last time I checked I had almost $30 to use that I was planning to use tomorrow when the $10 coupon for spending $30 on P&G started again.... |
