Yes if you look at my order breakdowns above I stated on each of the transactions what I all got back. Which includes the $10 P&G both times!

zero because I paid what I owed in points.

BUT before points they were each about $13 something + tax

I did one transaction this morning also, 8 pantene, 4 m&m's, 1 KC, 2 Kraft BBQ....got back another P&G $10 CRT, and $10 GC ($5 for m&m's and $5 for over $50!

Total was $7 something, paid with points (zero OOP), and got 7 something back in total points from the transaction.

I just got back. I purchased 4 Pantene, 2 Bounty, 2 Milo Treats and 8 Alpo canned food. I DID NOT get another CRT but i did earn 4,000 bonus points. And no $5 gift card

cantstopshopping, where is your store located? If you look on the bottom of your receipt it will have the date/time printed, then the store number, then the terminal number, then the transaction number. So, if you could post your store number that would be awesome! It's the number's right after the date and time.
