So on 4/29 I did a PG pantene promo.... REwards system down

Bought Pantene = $30 but they were on sale 50% off

Went to store today to try to get my $10 Crt and they said they couldnt because the wording on promo says not to be used with B1G1 events....

I know for a darn fact we have all gotten full retail price counted towards the $30 when its on sale B1G1 50% off. Grrrrr.


And of course there is no B1G1 %50 off this week to prove it to them.

Any suggestions?

I think it's going to be hard to prove to them without the Pantene Being B1G1 50% off right now. Also I think it would be hard to get something back from a deal you did 3 weeks ago. If I did that when they system was down I would have gone back the next day.

I have no suggestions for you except to return the order.

I would suggest returning it also.. there are reports that the 10 crt is still printing... So you might can give it a second chance... If u have any PG qs... Again this is a ymmv situations... Some reporting its still on others reporting it isn't...!!! Might be worth a try
