The only thing I am coming up with is that the new CRT is printing for Health & Beauty products ONLY, the poster(s) that said they got the new CRT were buying Pantene and Gillette only it looks like

Thats a good point..it does look like if they bough $30 in health and beauty it worked but if they filled with febreeze or charmin it didn't.

Hi, I did the P&G roll for the first time last week. Did a lot of separate transactions in one day. I think there were 8 maybe. My card suspended on the last transaction. What does this mean? Do I have to call somewhere to "unlock" my card or can I just keep using it? I would like to go back and try some more transactions this week, but not sure if I will be able to. Please help!

Yes call customer service... They just need to verify it was you making all those transactions happens to me all the time

I know someone said they got it in their Iowa store, but $10 P&G CRT when you buy $30 NOT printing in SE Iowa. Must be regional. I tried with $30 worth of Olay and used three of the $3/2 MQ's only (no $10 P&G CRT used).

The Kmart in Urbandale, Iowa is a Big Kmart, according to my $10 CRT. Offer ID 217. At the top it says "Thank you for purchasing $30 of Procter and Gamble products!" I wish I could go to the same store and try other products, but I live almost an hour away. Would Kmart national customer service give the details if someone called and asked about Offer 217, or would they be clueless, too?

I just had like 75 coupons. And I go before work each morning to use them and I don't want to hold the lines up too long. I bought 6 Gillette razors and received 8,000 bonus points. Then I bought 12 pantene and received 13,000 bonus points. I did 2 each of these transactions

I live in Michigan and I did a transaction today and I did not get a new $10 cert. I did use one though in my transaction. If that makes a difference, I do not know. I bought 4 pantene, 2 gain fabric sheets, and 2 covergirl eye shadows that were on clearance.

I called SYWR and the girl was super nice but couldn't find out why some regions were printing and some were not printing. She did let it slip though that the computer shows another P&G 6/10. Oh well guess we can just try it out and hope for the best!

ok, since it seems this isn't working in most areas, I have a question. I'm trying to use my crt the best way and still have pantene qs. if i buy 4 pantene for $19.16 and 4 m&m snack mix, does the m&m go toward groceries (to meet the $25 so they will double)? If so, the total will be $29.16. use 2 bogo pantenes and 1 $3/2 and 4 $1/1 m&ms. Total will be $8.58. add an item for around $1.50. use $10 crt. Get $5 gc from m&ms and earn an additional $4 atleast on sywr (going by what my points gave me last weekend....over 1000 for each pantene). Will this work?
