Yes, but you can print it from KM's website. I don't get the ads so that's what I always do. AWESOME that it's apple juice! I hadn't seen that yet! Good thing I'm planning a gazillion transactions this week. :P

It is a ymmv for me. I was using it for about 2-3 days when they questioned it. It was the day they put the books out so I just used the one from there.

Interesting. I don't really see how they can refuse it since it's from their own website, which has been my argument when they look at it funny. It scans and it's their own coupon, not my fault that it looks weird! My store also doesn't put out the ads, and I don't get them at home, so it's my only option. CS seems to be aware that they look weird though. Sorry they were questioning it!

I was told they don't take any IP coupons for free items. It was the day I was being followed. I was able to use for a few days before they questioned it. It always scanned without a problem. I have orders for tomorrow so we will see.

I can understand them not taking an IP that's an MQ, but to deny their own coupon! That's just crazy to me. Did you call CS?

On another note I read that the free item q's are printing without a barcode. I don't have any more black ink so I can't confirm that, but I can see that being a problem if its true. Yawn.

yes the motts is printing off kmart site with no barcode will just clip mine out of monthly ad once in store

ok so anyone have any luck with the Motts? I took my print off (with no barcodes) hoping I would find the new monthly ad at my kmart and they did not have it. I asked one of the supervisors and he took 40mins to try and print from his own computer which when it did it had no barcode . So they put one motts in as .01c . When I went to do my other two transactions that day the cashier thought the juice was coming off and when I looked at my receipt at home sure enough...they did not come off will be calling tomorrow to talk to the store manager again ...he will straighten it out hopefully

Yes they are printing with no barcode. I printed 4 before I realized it. I did take them with and ask. Since I had been denied and I could find a book I went to cs. I had been talking to someone in customer support and I don't know if he followed up or if they just realize that I am pretty much paying their paychecks since I am in so often. It was a complete turn around. I have had no trouble shopping and doing multiple orders.

Since customer support was so helpful and they pretty much told me to ask the store I decided to wait until today for the book. I had the coupons printed so at least I knew what it was and if they allowed I would have it. I asked for the books that were not out yet and was able to get 6 so I was a happy camper. I only asked for 4 so I was really happy with 6.
