I know if you use your SYWRC too many times in one day - it will lock I after 4 or 5 transactions....but how many b2b trans can you do and still get the $10 P&G coupon?

The reason I ask is that the last time around it only printed on the 1st 2 trans that I did. Nothing printed on trans #3 and of course the manager said it was because I hit my limit. True or false?

I could never do 3 b2b. It would take way too long. Did you check to see if your number was put in? I have to give a phone number and when I do more than two it is usually missed on one of them. I did 24 last P&G deal and the only time one of them didn't print was because I was short. I didn't return and rebuy, just put it in the car and went back in to try again.

I'm pretty sure it was. Hmmm, it was too far long ago to actually remember for sure. My store is never busy so 3 is usually my max but I'd hate to try it and then not get a $10 back....

I'll probably play it safe and do 2 with my card and then enter my mom's #

Like AvasMom, the only time I had issues was when my SYWR was accidentally forgotton to scan.

You should get one every time, as long as all the requirements are met and your card is scanned.

I have only ever done 2 transactions B2B before myself (our stores are a bit more busy than other Kmarts).

I've heard locking of the card is on the 7th transaction within 24 hours.......I've only pushed it to 4 within 24 hours.....2 transactions one night, and 2 transaction the next morning.

Oh my store is not busy. It's just the cashier see the coupons and it take a good 20 minutes to get an order done. When I use a $10 crt and only buy $10 in product they think they did something wrong when I only pay $.77. I actually have them ask a question on almost every order. If I find a cashier who is okay with me coming back in then I keep going to him/her so I don't have to start from scratch.

The only down side to using two numbers is that it won't count towards your status. I have done 5-6 a day without a problem.

I have done 4 back to back and never had issues. My Kmart is rarely busy.

I've never done more than two back to back...My Kmarts are usually busy and I don't want to hold the line up. It seems every time I go in, there's only one check-out open.

With that being said, I have done more than 7 transactions within a 24 hour period with no problems. I have 4 Kmarts I frequent so it's a little easier for me to get several done in a day.

I once had a cashier tell me to hold on she had to take my coupons to a manager for approval! What?! They are manufacturer coupons for $1 and less!! I really dislike when I get those cashiers that think my coupons are coming outta their paychecks!

False. Recently I've done 25 transactions B2B, took an hour but I love my K! They always accomodate me. As for P&G, I have never reached a limit but I know I've come close to having 40 from a weeks worth. It's become more of a hassle trying to roll them all....sometimes sales are consistent and I've been put in a position of wasting them on stuff that isnt needed...

.....And the "lock" is placed on your account from using points, you still accrue points and get the promos....you just cannot redeem points.....no biggie for me when the screen pops up saying its been suspended....you just call cs to get it removed.

As for why the others did not print out, I agree that either the amount was not met or your SYWR card wasnt scanned. Have you looked at your receipt to see if your SYWR is on top, or what was in your transaction?

Jami, thanks! So you used one card for all 25 transactions? (I'll never get any where NEAR that, but nice to know!). Once they locked your card (for redeeming points), you could still use it then, correct?

I couldn't use mine once it was locked and this has happened a few times now. Very frustrating.

had to call CS each time and was on hold for over 30 minutes before I actually talked to a human. That is why I'm asking this. I don't have time to sit around all day with my phone on speaker (because that is what ended up happening). Then when they finally did answer it took another 20 minutes for the CS person (very nice) to contact the person to have the card unlocked :/

Hi-I'm new to this Kmart thread and have a question. So I will start my first transaction with no P&G cat, just coupons-pay for this and then I can use the 10 on my next P&G transaction and can continue to do this rolling the first 10 cat?Thanks in advance.

Yes.....one card. I guess you can use multiple cards to prevent you from hitting "This account is suspended" screen.....but the whole point is to accrue points, at least I thought. =) Not sure why so many people are thrown back when they see the blue suspension screen, nothing too serious, it can still be used to purchase items. (If they did choose to lock out cards completely, I would think its not too smart of them because I would take that as they don't want me as a customer.)

No. P&G coupons do not roll. You can use them starting on Sunday 4/22 - 4/29.

Sorry to hear about the wait time....no need to call unless you plan on using points.

But as you grow as a member and become "statused", such as silver.....you gain "special treatment"....so one of the perks that I've experienced is the wait time on the phone, all my calls have been less than 5 mins.....sounds like a dedicated phoneline....pretty neat.
