If you have purchased $20+ worth of Scott's products, would you please let me know if the $5 CRT printed for you?

I purchased $21.96 worth of participating Scott's products, however, I did not receive the $5 CRT. I did, however, receive the $10 CRT for P&G products, so I don't know if I can blame it on the register.

Normally I expect mishaps like this when "bonus points" are involved, not a CRT, so I wanted to know if I'm just an isolated incident.

I did use 4 coupons for what it's worth...but we all know that shouldn't affect whether or not a CRT prints.

If you received the CRT, please advise. Thanks!

I also purchased 21.96 in Scott products and the $5 did NOT print for me either. I used 4 coupons (one for each 8 pk of toilet paper) I went to service desk and they said there were problems with that not printing. Then she gave me $5.

That's good to hear! My store's manager has always been helpful in fixing any problems that I've had so I'll most likely go there first and then contact SYWR customer support so that they can fix whatever is going on.

I just got back from trying the Scott deal today and STILL no cat or receipt coupon. I'm calling corporate on it. I hope others will too!

I just called in about the Scott deal and they are going to contact my store to see if they can fix it. I told her it looked to be a Kmart system wide issue. She said she can ONLY address one store at a time. I would think they would want to take this further than just one store but oh well. I guess anyone should call in about not getting it if they want to.

Also does anyone know if I can use a $2.00 scott catlina I recieved at Winn Dixie on the scott deal at kmart?? Its a manufacturer coupon so I figured I may be able to use it. Can anyone clarify this for me??? THANKS in advance!!

Well they should be sending an e-mail to the stores to let them know there is an issue with this deal. (At least I hope they plan to contact more than my store on this issue since it seems like it's not working for anyone)

Regarding the $2.00 Scott catalina that is a YMMV situation. My Kmart cashiers have let me use Walgreens one that are manufacturers coupons. BUT who knows if yours will let you use it. I would try anyway.

I did the deal early Sunday morning. No CRT. Mgr tried several ways then gave me a gift card. Everyone was cool about it, it just took extra time.
I plan to go again later this week & do it 2 more times. I'd just as soon have the GC myself. They don't expire!

Oh so maybe we don't want them to fix this deal then. As long as they are ALL willing to give us gift cards.

This YMMV...my CS didn't offer a GC (they told me the toal had to be pre-q's and other discounts). I wanted to return it...but then I remembered I only spend $2OOP (and I bought 2 Scott TP/2 Scott PT/Bread/5 Crave Treats).

I would do the order with NO coupons to show them that is wasn't the coupons that were the issue it was the total ONLY be $4.96. (when the ad states they are suppose to be 3/$5.

It's pretty cut and dry IF you ask me.

No Scotts is not a Proctor and Gamble Product so not part of the buy $30 get a $10CRT

And that $5 crt coupon can be used on anything in the store. (except for the exclusions printed on it) Unlike the $10 P&G where you have to use it on Food or Health and Beauty.

Also the $5 Scott crt coupon can be used right away and so you can roll it into another deal. Or just use it towards anything you need.

Bought 21.96 in scotts today and no $5 crt. Store manager said that the two sales Scotts and P&G are coded differently in the computer and that the P&G can be $30 before coupons but the Scotts is $20 after coupons. He apoligized but said there was nothing he could do for me.

A lie the manager rang up the Scott tissues 4 @ 5.49 with no coupons and nothing printed. He tried three times. Now I am upset I returned it and lost out on 4 dollars savings and this could have been avoided and saved me some time and headache.

I have also been told repeatedly that if I use manufacture's coupons the deal will not work. My kmart will not work with me or give it to me. I hate my kmart. Almost every time I go there is a problem and I am in line for a LONG time. The other day it was about 45 min. It is ridiculous!

I called back in today to talk with the store manager just to clarify if there are some promotions that work with coupons and some that work without and he stated that they rely on the computer systems, since they are programmed, to be the guage in if you qualify for the crt's or not. I stated that I was curious if the crt would scan if someone did not use coupons and he said he was unsure. He was very nice and said that he would leave something at customer service so that I can get a $5 giftcard but still did not solve the problem of knowing if the scott's promotion works at all! I said I didnt want the $5 if the crt prints without coupons and he said not to worry that he would leave it for me! Uggh I know I want to do the Garnier promotion next week but I do not want the hassle if its not going to print!

Your best bet is to take it up with SYWR customer support. When my CRTs wouldn't scan last month, I called and complained -- as did a lot of other people according to the rep on the phone. Shortly after, things were fixed.

Since getting $5 via the store is a YMMV situation, it's best to take up the ladder to someone that can actually fix the problem or at the very least, credit your account with points.
