Both of the KMarts near me have gone 'adless' so they have no ads and don't know what any of the sales even are...further the registers don't ring up with the ad prices and unless you have their ad with you, even though you are a SYWR member, they will not honor any ad or promotion...i.e. I Olay B1g1 50%....or P & G crt's etc. I don' t get their ads mailed to me..just emailed and I am not seeing the full monthly ad or weekly ad showing these deals. Both stores are far away so I called one and they rang up two Olay Skincare items (cleansers) and they did not ring up B1G1 50% off.

If their registers are not even programmed to the Corporate Kmart sales it makes me wonder what the Manager's explanation is for that? All Kmarts should have the same sales weekly? That's odd to hear! Have you spoken with the Manager at all?

Yes I have called the two stores near me and asked to speak with mgrs both times and they both agreed it makes no sense but this is their instruction from the top.

As a general rule (no guarantees but usually ) I am able to get a copy of the upcoming weeks ad on Thursday's. I would be happy to pop one in the mail for you thursday afternoon in exchange for cost of postage in gift form on paypal (could definitely use the positive trader ratings ) let me know via pm if this works for you

Their instruction from the top is to not program their store for sales? That's interesting. Are these locations prehaps closing? I would be interested in what Corporate says their reasons are for not having the stores up to standards.

I agree, I would call corp and see what they say.

I'm not much help at all, but my first thought was that maybe they are stores that are slated for closing?

Thank you for the kind offer! I grabbed some tonight at this 3rd store.

Tonight I drove to a 3rd KMart after calling first to determine they had ads, both monthly and weekly. I wanted to go use my CRT that expired today and do another 2nd trans while there using SYWR points. Both trans went fairly well..I paid $12 OOP for $115 worth of stuff so am happy and have two more $10 crt's as a result. .

**FYI Lysol multi purpose cleaner liquid ( not a spray) was on sale for 2 for $4 and I had some $1/1 q's with me and so 5 free once doubled. These q's were Tearpads.

I will call corp tomorrow to find out what is going on...I think maybe those two stores that went adless may be closing but they have not announced it yet, is my guess,

Thanks - that did help and was interesting and sad to see.

My two stores that very recently went ad-less are not on that list. These stores do not even have one copy of the sales ads for their store so they can know what Kmart is advertising is on sale. With this new revelation, I don't think I will be shopping those two stores anymore.

I just called corporate customer service and the gal said she can't answer as to why the cash registers don't reflect the sale prices...and that's all done through headquarters and they do not have a phone contact number..but I can write to them at shc@customerservice.sears.com. I wrote to them and will update If I hear a response
