How do you know when the best time is to spend your rewards or does it matter? Is there any reason to let them build up vs spending them more frequently? Are there rules on how/what to spend them on? Thanks!

IT JUST DEPENDS. I usually only let around 10 get saved up that usually means a free trip with double coupons. but rewards are super easy to claim just tell the check out clerk you want to claim rewards points and wa-la money taken off bill.

I don't save them for long, only because I've been burnt several times before on different "rewards" programs with them ending abruptly.

So now I spend my rewards (any reward programs I'm in) as soon as I can!

Swagbucks I spend the minute I hit 450 on Amazon gift cards.

My Coke Rewards gets spent as soon as I hit 250 for a free 12 pack.

My Kmart points I spend usually before it hits $10.......I will probably be using my points with each cleaning deal I do this week, so they won't accumulate much.

That's just my thoughts though and from my experience with different reward programs.....the companies can end them at any given time. And with the economy the way it is, I've had some end in the last couple of years pretty abruptly on me (or switch the rules/policies/requirements/etc).

Yes ty ...I had free moneys $12 didn't even know till recently guess where hubby bought my wedding set for bday...really came n handy gettin dds curtains for her new room matched up w a sale...so I'm gonna love love rewards...ty for the help as well
