As far as stock, it's different for every store.

Just ask what day your store's trucks come in. Mine come in 2 or 3 times a week, although I can't ever remember what days.

The doubles are a month-long promotion, it's in the monthly ad.

You could always do 6 of the small bottles instead, at my store they're $5.79e but they might be a little less at your store. I bet they would still get you over the $30 mark, though.
