My Kmart refused the coupons because of the new barcode does anyone have a copy of the policy ....?

Customer service told me the same thing about the new barcode so they wouldn't take them, i told her to call the store manager and it was approved. stand your ground all they have to do is verify you have the right items then enter the coupon amount then the pink coupon button on the register.

Kmart told me the same crap about the new barcodes.. Said they couldnt scan so they couldnt take them. I am now officially done with Kmart. I got the double packs at Walmart with .53 overage each. Kmart is just too incompetent to even deal with anymore and I told the woman store manager that. I told her it was much easier to go to Walmart and PM, I added the only reason I had even walked into her store in years was to coupon and it was just such a joke as nobody knew anything. Their prices are much too high, and their customer service is at the bottom.

They were in the ad...saw it way towards the back. Picture of the Nivea Moisturizing lip product, but no size. Says B1G1. My daughter and I looked to be sure, because the shelves up front weren't marked, but the HABA section was marked.
