The Chinet Casual lunch plates are 2/3.00 with a .55 peelie you can use for each pack. I bought 4 packs, used 4 coupons and they were .40 a pack, woo hoo. I went back again, I actually found 8 packs with the peelies still on.
Easy to spot, they are blue and green. I am going back tomorrow. Please don't steal the peelies, these are an awesome bargain at .40

$1.50 - $1.10 ($0.55 coupon doubled) = $0.40

The peelies do read DO NOT DOUBLE although in my experience KMart just doubles anyway. The dates are through 12/31/11 so I just used my SS coupons and saved these. I just wanted to warn people in case they get a cranky cashier.

i see the ones with the peelies. however, there is no sign on the shelf saying that they are on sale for 2/3. i can't find it in the sales paper either. is this an unadvertised sale?

Some coupons state "do not double" on them. Manufacturers sometimes print this on their coupons to financially protect themselves. They will reimburse the store for the amount of the coupon plus an 8¢ handling fee. However, some stores may get confused and think that the manufacturers should reimburse them for the full amount plus the doubled amount. This is not the case though. The manufacturer only reimburses for the amount on the coupon. The store is fully responsible for the doubled amount. Even though the store is paying for the doubled amount out of their own pockets, doubling coupons attracts a great deal of shoppers which usually more than makes up for any potential losses for the store.

Thanks for the information but I find that cashiers and managers rarely respond favorable to facts so people should still be aware that the DND could be a problem for some cashiers.

I picked up 3 packs today. I will go back late Saturday and get 3 more of there are any left. We are always having dinner parties and these will come in handy.

Doubled checked and my store didn't have the one's with peelies. Still glad I was able to get 4 pkgs with the coupons I had on hand. I did also have a .50 Roberts Milk (Gallon) that doubled so I was able to get milk for 2.58 which is the cheapest I have found for a long time.

Thanks for the post! I was able to get 8 packs with the peelies. I know you can only double 4 like coupons per transaction but I didn't want to take the chance of only getting 4 and coming back another day for more so I took the chance of doing 2 transactions back to back and it worked. At $.40 a pack you can't beat that!

Same at my store (except only the dinner plates had the peelies - not on sale and I didn't want to be a peelie-stealer). Checked the price scanner and they were 2/$3. Not sure why there was no sign.
