I just called 3 Kmarts in my area and was told they weren't aware of it, and if they would be doubling, they wouldn't know until Sunday morning. But 1 manager that I spoke with when I asked about them being cancelled until after new years told me he heard that from customers, but has not heard anything about that from his employer. So there is HOPE!!!

Last time the cashiers didn't know they were doubling until they rang me up. And the person who answered the phone sure didn't know when I called my store to inquire - as KMart requests you do. Hmph.

I just called my local K-mart and they said they didn't think they would be doing super doubles until February 2010!! I hope they just didn't know what they were talking about!!

I agree I think Kmart over charges for the most part, and the only time I do buy is when they double. I need stocking stuff and gift basket fillers! UGH lets hope we see that magic ad here soon!

After reading on another message board about possible double coupons when using the new rewards card, I emailed kmart ant this is what I got in response:
