a strip of them plastic coupons on the bags when you check out. i was suprised. all the bags had them. it was a new thing cashier said

does this mean I need to find a reason to ask for extra bags?

and... why didn't I get any today when I was at Kmart? I even bought stuff -- Halloween cookie cutters at 75% off!

i got two costumes for 5.00 for new year

LOL that's what i was saying -- about wanting more bags. i actually pondered upon it as i seen the plastic strip of coupons. kmart is really giving these other stores competiton.
