K-mart must have a knack for not retaining the right personell who have good people skills to generate traffic and revenue in the stores. No wonder they do so poorly compared to the other stores. Anthony: So sorry to hear about the Kmart issue. I think it's a big loss on their part. They knew when they hired you that you'd need extra training, and they should have followed through with that, even if it meant sending you to school for a bit. I wonder.........can they do that to you legally?
