I bought some of the hersheys bliss last weekend and I don't have my receipt anymore. I opened the bag and the chocolates look bad. Like they have turned greyish white ish and are crumbly. The expiration date is for March of 09 so I dont know what is wrong but do you think Kmart will let me exchange without a receipt?

i dont know about kmart. but i think that i would call hershey first for sure..make them stand behind their product..gl..

Call hershey and they send you coupons to replace them.

I agree with baybeenurse & Noah'sMomma. You definitely need to call Hershey's. They may even have you send them a few of the chocolates if they have not had any other complaints about this issue.

I don't think kmart will accept it without recipt ..YMMV ..You may be able to return it since it's their product that was bad and you're not doing an exchange.

I shopped at Kmart today and read the store policies. it says they have the right to refuse returns w/o receipts. I suggest you call first and ask for the SM to make sure they will take it back so you don't waste a trip if they won't.

I'm sure Hershey's will stand by their products, its good if you have the package, it may have a control number in case they ask.

How did you pay for the item? If you used a credit/debit card they can scan it and pull the info from your card.

I just paid in cash. I think i'll just call hersheys on monday. i'll cry a lot so they'll feel sorry for me and give me a new bag j/k

They are Gooood! I have BOGOF coupons (expired I think- But I always used them anyway)

I used the b1g1 free coupon. They were on sale for 2/5$ so not bad price. I contacted hershey's on Monday and was told they'd be sending my replacements within two weeks. YAY!
