Just returned from Jewel (and I saved over 50% on my groceries today...yippie). The General Mills cereal is $10 for 10! You must purchase in multiples of 10 (and it includes some granola bars, chex mix, fruit snack things). Awesome deal. Dig out those coupons! My store had the .75/2 coupons on the shelves, but I found many $1/2 or .75/1 in my coupon organizer. If you have enough of the right coupons you might even get some frees!

I threw out my sales ad from Sunday's paper. How long is the cereal on sale for? I should be able to score some free cereal with my expired coupon supply!

Looking at my coupons, I can get around 30 things with coupons (will have to go in to see which actual items will work though). Unfortunately, my mom doesn't like the buy it when it's cheap idea and only plans to get 10. Makes me so sad. :-(

I ended up getting 10 and my mom got 10. My total for all 10 was only $5.18 after coupons and tax. I don't know what my mom's was (because she bought a few more things than I did) but we both came out pretty well with that sale. I get so excited I want to go get more but know we have plenty for the time being, .

I forgot to add, it took me about 20 minutes to figure out how I wanted to use all my coupons on the items. Lol, this coupon thing takes some thinking.

To the best of my knowledge, it was the Fiber One bars that were on sale, not the cereal. It seems some of the cereals were not included (although I didn't try to see what they came up as). I did notice that some of the items on sale were not on the display in the front of the store (some of the 100 calerie ones and other bars) but can't remember for sure which ones they were.

I've done this deal multiple times! It is good only through tomorrow!

As far as the sizes of the cereal...my store was VERY WELL signed, so I didn't have to do much thinking to figure out what was and what was not on sale.
