Yeah that's a wierd coupon. What's full price, 1.99 at most? I haven't tried using it yet, but i'm sure it'd slide easily with an amenable cashier.

It is supposed to mean any soda total of $2.01 or more...though I don't know of any time 2 liters are more than $2. They are $1.69 regular price at Jewel and that is HIGH

I have those same q's.

I'm going to wait for a sale on 2L and then hope that the price comes out to something like $6+ pre-tax for 5 so I can use 3 coupons. I'll only have pop in the order so hopefully it will fly.

I'll post back when I first try it.

Can't you use it on more than one 2L bottle of cola... like if it's on sale for 79cents/2L ... get three of them for $2.37 and then get $2 off?

That is probably the best way to do it. As long as the total is over $2.01. Then it is a matter of what cashier you get...if you get the coupon cop that says "ONE 2 liter over $2.01"...but it is the best solution.

Digorno pizza Q. I grabbed some of these. It says it's a Jewel Q, so does that mean I have to buy the beer or does it still fall under the IL "no alc" required rule?

I've never used the "winetag" Q's...

Technically in IL alcohol is considered to be non-beer, non-wine.

So if it is a beer purchase then unless it states NBPN you have to buy.

Also the in-store coupons, beer, wine or hard liquor almost always require purchase.

Haven't used it yet, and I'm in no hurry since it's a long expiration. I am however keeping my eyes peeled for a $1 sale on coke 2L so I can get rid of my pile of $1 bacardi wt's which are now expired.

I just used the $2 tags on 4 2L's and got them for free. They were $1.50 each and I used 3 q's. They beeped and the cashier wouldn't let me use them. I went to the servic desk and the lady gave me the money back!
