So is the cat sale based on the sale price or shelf price? I plan on doing this deal tomorrow. Also, do i have to make sure the preferred card is scanned first? I went last night and did the kraft cheese and J&J... the kraft printed and the JJ didn't. I had to go back and add 1 more item, the cashier said it was based on sale price. But then she said to make sure I scan the pref card first. Will this work?

shelf price has been working for me with the cheese and mayo....but I always shoot for the $26 mark just to give myself a little leeway so I don't have to find a filler fast while checking out. Coupons are a bonus, so figure out your shelf price first so you know how many of whatever you're getting, then you can add up the sale price that you will pay and subtract any catalinas and coupons you use.
