I read somewhere that Ingles only triples coupons twice a year.... I cannot cite the source as I cannot remember where I read that. Does anyone know when they triple coupons and how often they triple?
On a side note, do many people shop at Ingles?

Not sure exactly how many times a year, but I thing two is about right. I shop at Ingles every week. Food City got too high on the products I buy. DH and I actually did comparison shopping with both stores about two years ago. At Ingles my total was about 25.00 cheaper than Food City. That's 100.00 a month!!!! Like I said, it was for products that I buy. Happy day to you, too!!!!

The last few years it's been right around Thanksgiving and the end of July. Maybe once in the spring? Can't remember

I shop at ingles, i think the triples come in Feb and July here in Ga.

I know for a fact July (because my bday is in July!) and then some other time when the water is cold, but not near a holiday so maybe January or February?

I shop at Ingles, but what sucks about them is you can only double/triple 3 coupons for every 10 dollars!

Please remember however that the 3 q's per $10 order is on "Pre-Sale" prices!
If an item is normally $3.50 and on sale for $2.50 then you would use $3.50 in your calculations to hit $10. This is also a good time to use frees and q's that are high value to get your total up as well!!!

I scrolled to the bottom of this page and found a post from Jan 19, 2009
talking about triples at Ingles last year. It also appears that they may stagger it regionally.

Our Ingles in Norton, VA had triples in January this year. I can't wait until the next one!
