How often does Ingles do the Triples?

I know this most recent one ended Saturday (which I am forever thankful for being able to get in on that one while out shopping with Cathy aka Imashopper).

Anyone know the Triple Coupon cycle for them?

I just did a search and it looks to be only twice a year. The last one was the end of July and the one before that was around this same time last year. I'm just guessing since this one ended up being about the same time as the one the first of last year that this is their "cycle".

From what I was told it runs about once every 6 weeks. I was told by an Ingles employee that happens to be my cousin.
