After reviewing the replies to my 11/18/08 post(Treated like a criminal at Ingles!), I decided to email their customer service department to report the incident and seek some clarification on their coupon policy. They apologized and stated that the employees at the store did not handle the situation according to Ingles's policy and they included in their email a copy of the policy. Here it is: We will NOT ACCEPT "FREE" internet coupons, only cents off We will only accept 2 internet coupons per manufacturer product per visit per day We reserve the right to reject any internet coupon that is altered or does not scan properly. I believe this is exactly as it was reported in the Ingles forum. I guess I will give them another chance and see how it goes! I'll keep u posted!

When I started using coupons, I went into Ingles and asked if they accepted IP's, and other store coupons, and they said absolutely not - only M Q's...so I have never shopped there.

| You may want to email customer service for yourself and print out the email copy of their coupon policy. I have never had any issues with IP coupons (crossing fingers). If you see a good deal you want in on, it may be worth a try!

Just an FYI, I went to Ingles yesterday to pick up a few things. I hadn't used any IP's there in awhile, so I decided to test my luck with them. I successfully used 4 different ones with no issues. I really hope you end up having a better time next time you go!
