I bought groceries today at Hy-Vee and they were giving out a free reusable shopping bag. It is just like the other kind they have, only blue with the words "I'm green."

I dug thru closets and found 11 bags that I had gotten from seminars, hospitals etc. I use these at the major chains and still get the 5 cent a bag discount and don't have to pay for the green ones. I did not happen to get to the free bag day! I have been considering making 'tailored' bags to fit items such as breads, milk bottles and such items.
