So in reference to an earlier post I left regarding me getting the cashier to get a manager for an over-ride because as she said "you must've reached our limit of like $20" while I ticked the lady behind me off....

I was at Hyvee today so I asked a manager what the alleged "coupon limit" was and she told me they do not have one per se...it is just that at a certain point an over-ride IS necessary and it's more or less to make sure that there REALLY are coupons involved and NOT a "not so honest" cashier.

I still hate having to get the over-ride but at least now I know that I can use more coups.

Someone always have to come over and 'override' my purchases at Walmart. Small inconvience for the money I save. But you're right, sometimes it's a pain in the butt!

Sooooo...when I get to the register I should start with Hi..How are you? "Call your CM now, so we don't hold up the line, please" I will too.

I told the cashier that today at WalMart. "Honey, you need to flip on your light about half-way through my coupons because your going to need a manager to override my transaction." She didn't, but then she wished she would have.

Silly cashiers. When will they learn that WE know better.

Honestly now I find myself breaking up my transactions to orders of 19 coups at Walmart so they don't have to get a manager. Last time during my shampoo frenzy I thought that the lady behind me wanted to kick my butt it took so long.

WalMart is the only place I have used A LOT of my coupons, and I haven't had any problems, beeps, hold ups or managers have to be called. Do you have to have so many coupons before the manager is called. Maybe I just am not using enough at one time. WHEW!! LOL I hate being embarrassed in public! LOL
