It all depends on your store and cashier. They are not suppose to double any DND coupons.

Thanks Jenny! A few things I'd like, but not a huge "gotta' get there". On the DND, just depends on the cashier. Some look for it, and some don't.

The last time Danimals were free my 3 kids were so excited, and of course I really stocked up. Then the excitement wore off and they weren't all used. Frustrates me to no end! "Drink them...I don't care if they're expired!" Has this ever happened to you, not the Danimals, but your kids are hot to trot on a particular food. You stock up, and they say "I don't like that anymore."

I probably won't be able to resist at least one free Danimals if I go in.

In the summer months my kids love yogurt, the drinkable kind and the regular kind
But as the weather changes so does their taste. So I put any of the yogurt that is within a month of expiration into our deep freezer, they love eating it frozen and I also use it with frozen berries to make smoothies when they have friends over. We always hae yogurt from the free sales, so I have had to come up with multiple ways to use it...LOL
The drinkable ones are usually gone the same day I bring them home

I am only excited todayabout the 99˘ eggrolls...my DD has been begging me for some of these and i have bee waiting for a good sale on them. I have 10 x $1/1 MC's to use! WooHoo...a good side dish for our Wanchai Ferry meals!

Totally understand the food burn out, it goes on here too.

In some of the Quaker instant oatmeal boxes that say: "$4 savings inside" or something like that there is a Q for $1/1 of the True Delights Granola bars too.

My past 2 cashiers have not doubled my DND's, but I try to couple it with other coupons that will give overage to cover it if they don't.

Thanks jenny! I too was hoping for a good week. I should have bought more meat over the last few weeks when it was cheeper. (chicken breast, hamburger, beef) I am totally out of meat!! (Except the can chicken from last week, and of course the 6 lbs of bar-s hot dogs in my freezer!! )

I'll be stocking up on creamer (I just paid full price- GASP!), cake mix (3 bdays in the next 2 months), and gravy. This is the only time of year that there are coupons for baking items and holiday food items. I love the jarred gravy for crockpot cooking. A few chicken breasts, some seasoning, and a jar of gravy- yum!

I know I haven't gotten gravy for less than $1 since last year this time. Does it kill anyone else to pay more than the lowest coupon price you remember, even if it is months later? One year after Thanksgiving Crest had a basket of cans of turkey gravy for .25. I go every year and hope to find it again. I guess whoever ordered too much that year doesn't work there anymore.

Yes! Something similar happened last month when Target was doing their Mott's deal. We got a TON of applesauce. I was excited b/c I was not going to have to buy anymore for the rest of the school year. We got home and my 5 yr old DD tried some and said she didn't like it b/c it was too runny. She kept begging me for WM's Great Value applesauce.

I am going to stock up on the Danimals deal. I have a TON of those coupons.

My store hasn't had any good deals on meat either. I'm starting to run low!

Thanks Jenny!

There was also a $1/2 coupon for Doritos and Cheetos in the 10/25 SS. Cheetos are on sale 2/4 so that would make them $1 each.

Also if you become a Fast Fixin Fanatic here Advance Brands – Fast Fixin’ you can print 5 $1.00 coupons to make the Fast Fixin's bags $3.99 each.

You can also freeze applesauce! I do not know if it thaws well but makes for a yummy frozen treat for the kids, and if you let it sit for an hour it becomes slushy and the kids will love it!!

Does anyone think the .99 # Honeysuckle turkey or the Hormel spiral sliced ham for $1.99 is a good price? I don't have much room in my freezer (too much ice cream!) but I thought I could pick up one of each but I don't want to pay too much. What say you?

It's not a bad price for the turkey, but this is the first week for it to be "on sale". Usually they start with one price then it goes down each week leading up to Thanksgiving. And last year there was a butterball turkey coupon. I am hoping for one this year.

I have a $3 coupon for the ham. I'm going to look when I go and see if I can find a good deal. The kids LOVE when I bake a ham...with mashed potatoes and yeast rolls....oh yummy!!!
