 Home Depot Kids Workshop The Home Depot's Kids Workshops teach children do-it-yourself skills and tool safety, while at the same time helping to instill a sense of accomplishment. Additionally, this fun time allows for quality one-on-one time between adults and children. In addition to the newly constructed project kit, each child receives a kid-sized orange apron, similar to The Home Depot associates' aprons, and an achievement pin. | Awesome classes i take my 3 dd and i "help" her do the project. They give them a cute pin after completion and she puts it on her apron. Best of all its free. the only problem is they run out of projects sometimes so i try to get there right after her gymnastics at 10 nikki |

| We go for every event, and last weekend, my son got invited to march in a local parade to represent the Kids Club!! We are so excited! He will have his pic in the local paper & get to toss candy to the crowd. I am very proud of my 6 year old! |

| We just had ours and had the Fire Department out and pizza from Papa Johns that was donated. Over 100 kids in this small community and it was great! There is nothing better than a lot of small, smiling faces having some fun! |

| we went today and by 1015 they had run out of fire trucks so my daughter made a tool box which she love and by like 1045 they had run out of those and were giving out something else. it was very crowded today and weird because it was downpouring. i hope that dosent happen often kinda sucks i thought the fire truck was cute nikki |

| My ds loves "Home Depot Day" (as he calls it). Ours didn't get the fire trucks in apparently. Kids got to make the tool box but no pins for their aprons. One of the ladies at the table said she didn't know what happened. They did have a fire truck out and Life Flight was scheduled to make a landing so the kids could see the inside of a helicopter. The firemen let my son get up in the fire truck and check it out so that was cool. |
