Ok all you Hen House Shoppers come out of the wood works we got a forum just for us. And for our non Hen House Shoppers swinging in to see why there is a chicken coop in the grocery forum no us Kansans and Missourians don't really shop at a chicken coop.

Yea..........I was just looking for a Hen House forum on Monday.

What is this Hen House? I know what mine is, but there are really chickens living in it!

ROFLOL, you know you are probably over there rolling just like I was when we went to Mardi Gras one year and I saw a "Piggly Wiggly". I couldn't believe they had a grocery store out there with such a silly name. Even funnier someone went in to use the restroom, I think it was really to investigate what exactly a "Piggly Wiggly" was. And if you think that's something you should have seen my eyes when we went to Winn Dixie in Slidell, La and they were giving out samples of Bacardi mixed drinks! Here in KS our grocery stores don't sell hard liquors so I was flipping out at the thought I could sample liquors at the grocery store.

I lived in Cincinnati before marrying my husband and moving to KC 6 years ago. It was a long distance relationship that involved lots of phone time. One evening while we were talking, DH said he was getting ready to go the Hen House. I got mad because I thought it was a strip club.

BTW, just found this site. Very nice. I'll be spending some time here for sure.

So True about La..I'm from there It was Mardi Gras..You might also think we're crazy for chasing a chicken down for our gumbo too...
