| 6 WW Point Stuffed French Toast Ingredients:
2 slices light bread- 1 pt.
1 serving of egg beaters for dipping- 1 pt.
1/4 cup of 1% milk for dipping- 1 pt.
French toast filling:
1 t. reduced-fat peanut butter- 1 pt.
1/2 banana, sliced- I counted as 1 pt.
10 - 15 chocolate chips- 1 pt.
Directions:
Beat egg beaters and milk for dipping, spray pan with cooking spray and heat up, dip bread in egg/milk mixture on both sides and place in pan. Brown on both sides. When second side is browned, start spreading peanut butter, bananas and sprinkle chocolate chips on one slice of the french toast, then place the other toast on top and press down firmly, flip a few times to warm the peanut butter and bananas and melt the chocolate chips then serve. |
