Has anyone found a way to reduce costs of a low carb lifestyle? My blood pressure is a little high and I've chosen low carb as a way to lose weight (I gained with all the goodies I've been bringing home in my couponing hauls, so many great deals) to bring it down, but jeeze the food is adding up!

Cheese and peanut butter can be cheap with q's. What other products do you like to buy? There are some products that will never be cheap/free like special low carb wraps, etc.

I know Dreamfields Pasta has coupons on their website. The pasta costs a little more, but your health is worth it. I just recently had a Q for $1 off 3 boxes. The only other things I've seen Q's for are bagged salads, olive oil, eggs, cottage cheese, Kraft cheeses, and such. If you have a product you really like, go to the company website and see if they have Q's. I would even click on their Contact button and explain to them your desire to eat healthy and how the added expense is affecting you. As if they have samples or coupons available to help you continue your healthy eating. That's what I've been doing recently and did get several Q's and even some freebies. I'm trying to scan my list and if I can find specifics, I'll let you know. Congrats on eating healthier! I have a friend on AFC who is on the Weight Watchers diet and she may have other ideas for you as well. I'll PM her and have her check out this link.
