Anyone else been there?? Me and my sister went last weekend, and I HIGHLY recommend it! Lots of organic food CHEAP!! I can't wait to go back!

I got 5 or 6 bags of great stuff for about $20! Some of the dates had just expired or would at the end of this month, but they were all things that should be perfectly fine (Newman's Own chips for 99¢ anyone??)

Melinda, I used to shop that Asheville store all the time!! It was one of my favorite places. One of the daughters in the family went to our church and she and I have been friends for years!! There's a good feeling in that store, kwim?? Small world!!

When I walked in, I immediately started looking at the prices and kept saying "They really ARE amazing!" and cracking my sister up and then I'd say "Amazing savings!". What was really funny, is when we were in the produce section, I heard a guy at the cafe saying "They really ARE amazing!" and we just died

When we checked out, the cashier gave us a coupon for free coffee or hot tea the next time we come in to shop.

The whole family has a sweet spirit and it just oozes out of all of them!

I lived in Asheville for years and loved shopping at Amazing Savings (both the one in Blk. Mtn. and the store close to Biltmore Village - maybe on Swannanoa River Rd (?)). I now live in Durham/Raleigh, and there aren't any stores around here like AS. My husband and I like to take weekend trips to ASV to see friends and shop at AS. We primarily eat organic foods and AS allows us to do that on a budget. Sometimes you have to pick through the food items at AS to find good products that you know you'll actually use. However, I always find great, cheap personal care items to stock up on. I'm glad other AFCers know about Amazing Savings!
