Another grocery in Bluffton? Harris Teeter plans store off U.S. 278



In an article by JIM FABER, he says "In recent months, Bluffton has seen a new Food Lion open and construction of a new Publix get under way. Now, a new shopping center off U.S. 278 in Bluffton will feature a Harris Teeter grocery store.
Charlotte-based Crosland has announced plans to build a 57-acre, 135,000-square-foot shopping center, called Buckwalter Commons, starting next year. It's expected to open in late 2010. The Harris Teeter will span 53,543 square feet. "

Does anyone live near this location? It sounds like a nice area!

We visited that area when we went to Hilton Head/Savannah back in April. You pass through Bluffton on the way to Hilton Head. It was a nice area, with a lot of new construction and development. Wonder if they will be offering triples for the grand opening????

We had our grand opening in May and still no triples here
