Let me start off by saying I didn't go to the HT that is always mean to me...I went to one farther away that gets less business. They always have the best peelies and blinkies...I usually stop there about once a week to scope them out. Anyway, the cashier was really nice and was actually excited about my total, and she didn't give me a a hard time about my IP's.

Now if all my local HT's were like this one, I would consider shopping there more often...I guess that's why a lot of you guys actually enjoy shopping at your local HT's!

I love my Harris Teeter - I know that I have a reputation of being the crazy coupon lady, but they are still very nice and polite to me (even when I require an override every trip for coupons!)

I have one that I really like going to, even though it's further away, I don't mind the trip. One reason is because they allow you to use coupons for each of the bogo items and they don't make you feel like you are stealing when you have a handful of coupons and you end up paying little or nothing oop.

I think overall HT has an excellent reputation for customer service. They work very hard at making the customer #1. I, too, have had my bad experiences but no store is perfect. I have had so many more good and excellent trips than bad ones. Nowadays that counts for something.

I'm glad you got to experience HT at its finest!
