I can report the Smithfield $2 coupon DOES double. The other store must have programmed their computer to not double it.

All you have to do is look up the price on the EL and you will see that the smithfield ground pork is $3.99 - therefore if she had the $2/1 coupon when it doubled it would make it free. The EL is your friend.

I guess I should have checked the EL instead of depending on my internet research. My trip was kind of sad, I only used 10 q's because:

Pringles Snack Stacks were $3.69 - not $1.89
Trop50 Lemonade with Tea was $4.19 - not $2.00
Cabot Cheese was $2.79 - not $1.49
and
There were no Neutrogena Soaps (except travel size) or Lipton Pure Leaf tea in the store at all.

My Trop50 was the same, the ones with tea were not on sale. And couldn't find the Pure Leaf in that size anywhere.

But the Cabot Cheese was BOGO, bringing my price down to 1.57.

Yes!!! The ground pork had $1 off yellow tags on the 3 I picked up. I made $3 on those! In the freezer they go....

The cheese did, yes. The Trop50 was just the original flavors.
