I really want that chair so I have been working scenerios all morning trying to find the cheapest way to get it! I've got 4 different options ranging from $5.38 down to $1.60, that's the cheapest I can get it down (just in case something is OOS). Anyone want to check over it and see if it sounds right? Thanks! Or if you have a better scenerio, please share.

You're right...a new promotion shows up that doesn't even start until 6/27! The email still shows the Spectator Kit promotion, but the link doesn't work with it.

I'm pretty sure AObreezes is right...you have to reach $30 after ZVRs. And I'm guessing the Iams instant promotions will work against the $30 too.
