Please check your receipt. I think you were charged for 3 this 6.60 - 2.20 or 4.40.
I also think you could have used a 3rd coupon and paid 3.30 for 3.

The normal price is 3.30. It gives you a vic savings of 1,10 on each item (you dont necesscarily have to get all 3 but if you do then you save 3.30 which is equal to getting one free). If you use 3 .55./1 coupons then each pack is 1.10 final cost. Also you may have to get all 3 to qualify for the kids movie ticket catalina printout.

Well I am getting back in the swing of things, I had to replace a lot of my food b/c half of my house wasn't get enough power which of course was my kitchen and laundry room which houses my deep freezer :sad:

Filet Mignon is $9.99 lb this week. I had people over for dinner and that was what DH requested to put on the grill. Definitely not cheap but it is so yummy!

Meh.....he is awesome and so he deserves some filet mignon every now & then! It all balances out in the end. Plus I have the 25/40 MIR for meat that I am submitting so that almost made it free. (I also consider it leverage for when he wants to turn up the thermostat in an attempt to save $$ this summer!!)

$9.99 is a good deal for filet mignon. Good meat/seafood is the one thing we can and will splurge on ~ we figure I save enough on other things that we can afford it. For example, Sunday my S.O. said he wanted Snow Crab legs, we only eat the ones we get from the seafood store anymore because they are awesome ~ the ones from HT don't compare. They were on sale for $8.59 a lb - we got 6lbs on Sunday. Sooo yummy!

Yup!! I save money on other things so that I can splurge on the things that we enjoy. I splurge on steaks, seafood, and wine/beer every now and then. HT filet's are the best that I have found around here and I would have probably picked up more but they are the one thing that I don't care to freeze.
