| Has your store stopped carrying Davidson's Safest All-Natural Eggs?
I was shocked to find that my store doesn't carry these any more. Last week they were there and I got them for $.50! This week I couldn't find them on EL, so I checked my store today for triples and they were GONE! Guess they just lost too much money on them? Bc they were flying like hot cakes!

The store closest to me in Morrisville, NC did not have them last week either. It is a smaller store and I expect that they will not carry them probably again (they did at one time). Oh well...

I got an e-mail from Davidson Eggs stating that HT were not going to carry them anymore. They suggested complaining to corporate. I didn't get any last week when they were on sale because they were gone.

| That's a bummer. Our store had them when I went last week and I have a whole bunch of coupons that Davidson sent me randomly in the mail. Man, guess I'll have to see if they have any left.

I saw them at my HT today but they were like $3.50, so still expensive even after tripled q.

I got 2 dozen Land O Lakes eggs today for 75 cents each after a cardboard coupon I had from some package tripled. There is a Saving Star "coupon" that says "Wake Up To Eggs" and is good for .55 wyb 2 dozen eggs at Harris Teeter only. Do you think I will get that? Or is Wake Up To Eggs some brand name?

Sad...from Davidson's FB page: For all of our fans trying to find us at Harris Teeter we are so sorry you can no longer buy our pasteurized eggs there. This was not our decision and has nothing to do with supply issues. |

If your looking for cheap high Quality eggs check with your local farm supply store or produce stands. We are "egg farmers" and sell our graded eggs all over even though we are a small farm. I know many of my friends sell their farm fresh eggs for as little as $1 per doz and also they are much fresher than the ones in the store. On average eggs perchased from a co-op, farmer, ect are 1 mo old and store eggs are 2 mo or more. This gives you more shelf life. Also many give a discount when you bring your own carton since cartons cost us so much. I hope this helps saves yall some money

My graded eggs sell for as much as $5 per doz. Just keep an eye out when your driving around. I see signs in peoples yards from time to time. Most small flock owners who sell from their homes sell them for around $2 sometimes less if you bring your own carton. They will cost more at farmers markets since we have to pay for a booth space and gas to get there Craigslist is a good source for eggs as local families with extras will advertise under farm & garden. HTH!
