While shopping for Super Doubles today I noticed a sign in the greeting cards section that said:

Buy 4 American Greeting Cards (min. price $1.99 each) and get a free hanging plant. Four plant types to choose from. I meant to scope out the hanging plants to see what they normally cost and how big they were, but I forgot!

I usually get my greeting cards for free at drugstores, but I haven't worked out a way to get a bargain on plants yet, so I thought this might make for a good deal.

$8.00 for a hanging plant and 4 cards - what do you think?

Anyone see the actual plants or know what they sell for?

I wonder how long the deal is good for? They may put out a coupon for the cards soon since Mother's Day is coming - could make for an even better deal.

I did this deal today ,there was no card for 1.99 at my HT so had to pay 2.89 x4=11.56 + tax.I had a coupon for buy 2 get one free so $11.56-2.89=8.67 ,So with the 8.67-6.99= u pay $1.58 for 4 card and the hanging plant if you have a coupon ,so maybe a good deal

If you go to the CVS website, I think there's a $2/3 American Greetings IP. Just in case you can't make it in there today for Super Doubles.

Hi,if you are looking for a manufacturer's coupon on the cards go to Bi-Lo and in the cards, they have manufacturer's coupon for buy two and get one free, hope this help you .
