Kind of peeved with checking out at U-scan today, after looking over my receipt I realized that the cashier didn't scan $8.75 worth of coupons!!! What the heck? How do you not scan that many coupons?! I thought the OOP was a little high but had to get somewhere. Unfortunately, it was at a HT that I don't usually frequent and is a little out of the way. Is it too late to get my money back? Could I go to the HT closer to me to get it resolved? TIA!

That happened to me once....ONCE. I was soooo mad. Now I hand them one coupon at a time.

I would go down and talk to the CS manager and see what can be done. I've had success in resolving receipts where I noticed where coupons that haven't doubled from other stores.

kholan, you shouldn't worry about feeling rude. I hand my coupons over a few at a time so that I can be sure they're scanned & doubled. Occasionally a cashier will ask for all of them, but I just explain that I watch my coupons and will hand them over in groups. It's never been an issue and if the cashiers or other customers are upset, so be it.

We all work very hard to find the deals and coupons, and we all know it's time consuming. (Truth be told, sometimes I hate it...but it's a necessity.) Watching our coupons being scanned is worth not having to run back to the store for a refund.

I'm sooo happy about the free Silk milk. I've recently been slowly changing my family's diet, and although my kids don't like plain soymilk they love the Silk chocolate milk! I've probably bought 3 Silk milks everyday over the past 5 days (I have access to multiple computers). We are fully stocked on milk and cookies for a few months!
