You should be able to use this coupon at the Harris Teeter Triple Coupon Event this week, as their coupon policy states, "We gladly accept local competitors’ manufacturer coupons. Does it state on it whether it needs to be 75 after all other coupons and discounts? I haven't gotten my val pack yet

Soooo..to answer your question YMMV. I've used a similar coupon at FF and HT previously with no problem (in conjunction with manufacturers coupons). I always hand it over first.
