Has anyone else had an issue today with q's not doubling? After 2 q's, the register stopped doubling. I think they thought I came in earlier and used up my doubles. I hadn't, but I don't know that they believed me. They manually put them through, though. Has anyone ever had this happen?

There were some other posts about people having this issue.

While I've never had it, during the last event, I tried to use my Mom's phone number and it told me that it didn't even exist. I haven't tried since (but I can log into the account still).

I had this problem, too. I got grilled about coming in earlier/going to another store, too. Grrr

Were you all at the you scan? They were having trouble at my store with the you scan they had to take all of my stuff to the regular register and check me out so that it would work

I was at a regular register. I don't like the self scan registers because they don't let customers scan q's and it's difficult to monitor that the employee scans everything properly when they are 15 feet away.

It happened to me once, only 3 dbld. When I went to cx gave me the money but kept asking if I had already shopped. When I got home I checked the vic # on my receipt and it did not match! I am not sure if the customer before me's # some how stayed in there or when the kid scanned my card it picked up my cvs card or something. I always compare the # on the screen with my card # now.
