| I'm not, I am in NC but I had a bad experience (guess you would say) with the nivea lip care the last time it was on sale at HT. I only had one (1) coupon, couldn't find it on the shelves. One lady had about 25+ in her buggy, so I kindly asked where she found them. She pointed to the spot and started giggling and also stated "apparently they're out". Thought to my self... SHE was one of THOSE couponers! How dirty, right? I'd rather pay the $2 than to be a couponer like her.

This morning's very short trip. I was baffled about how the Cheerios came out cheaper than what I was expecting. I was checking the deductions and it looks as though not only I got savings from the GM Instant Savings of buy 4, save $2 deal, but the 2 Cheerios was $1.97 each for me. I had Chex cereal as part of my eVic Friday email at that eVic price so I think maybe the register is mixed up for my transaction because I don't see how I could've gotten that lower price. (2) Honey Nut Cheerios $4.00/2 - $1/2 insert - 0.50 ZVR = $0.75 each (2) Cheerios $2.94/2 - $1/2 insert - $0.47 each (1) Revlon Eye Shadow $1.99 - $1/1 insert = FREE (1) Gud Hand Soap $1.24 - $1.50 tearpad - $.50 ZVR = FREE (2.26 MM) $ 0.34 (including 0.16 tax) OOP |

For those of you trying to find the Nivea, look in the section where the sun screen lotion is. I found 6 there which are the sunscreen type.

HT has the most expensive cigs I've seen yet. CVS is far less expensive. You might want to sign up for mfg coupons on your cartons as well. Although, I've almost stopped smoking; I was smoking L&M's which is the same as Marlboro. At Harris Teeter, they are $48.00 per carton and at CVS they went up from $28.00 per carton to $33.00 per carton. I signed up at LM.com and they send me two $4.00 off one carton coupons per month. Almost every cig mfg. has coupons. Also at CVS you can use your GC's to pay for cigs. You can't use EB's.... but the GC's are fine for tobacco and alcohol products. |

My Harris Teeter trip today - Happy because they were not out Smart Balance milk and I was able to get 3 more cartons. ![]() Sad because 4 of my coupons did not double. I went to Cust Svc and showed her that the cashier scanned 20 coupons fine, but only 16 doubled. I was totally expecting them to hand over $4.00 cash to me. Instead, I was told, too bad, so sad, you must have some DND's in your pile. I am pretty sure that the Smithfield bacon coupon was one of the culprits. ![]() So, basically I paid full price for 4 items that I probably would not have even bought in the first place.....
