Wooooo!! I hope I get mine too! I don't think I can wait the 14-16 weeks they said it would take in my confirmation email. My rebate still says it's in-process though.

We all would have sent it in at the same time, right? Wasn't the deal only good for a week or two?

I have 3 different rebates that say "in process". One from Jan and one from Aug, those I have already received obviously, but they don't say shipped. My bakeware also says "in process". Does anyone else's say the same thing? None of my previous ones have a shipped date even though they were obviously shipped months ago.

Thats dissappointing. You'd figure that they'd process them by received date but thats not the case.

I just got off the phone w/customer service -- in a nutshell my shipping date (11/23) means nothing. I told the rep that was very misleading. That normally when a date shows shipped, the item would be rec'd within 7-10 days. I thought my cookware had been delivered to the wrong address. They are sticking by the 14-16 weeks for delivery. What a pain!

I received a postcard today that my bakeware set will be delayed due overwhelming request. They hope to send them all out by 3/31. I know I sound like a whiner but it really would have been nice if they processed it in the order it was received.

Mine says 3/31 as well. I'm guessing they had to manufacture more and since they're not a usual product, the manufacturer would have to work it in to their production schedule. I'm looking forward to finally getting it, though!

Thank you for posting the link. Just went on to check my status out and it said the wrong address. i just emailed them so hopefully it can be fixed.
I dont know how the address is wrong. I filled it out on the form and on the envelope and when im sending in rebates i make sure my sloppy handwriting is readable.
