Note that I use self-chekout, so I'll try the regular register next time. I read that sometimes it takes time for the machine to print the OYNO, but usually how long do you have to wait? I don't want to stand there for like 10-15 minutes and wonder if it is going to print or not? |

Here's my trip: 1 SB Milk: free 2 bags Kettle Chips: free 1 Nestle Flipz: free 2 tic tacs: free 1 Neutrogena: free 3 Jell-o pudding mix: .41 total 2 Arm and Hammer Detergents: 3.99 4 Nut Thins: 1.98 total 4 YoCrunch: 1.16 2 Jimmy Dean Bowls: .50 each 1 Sara Lee Honey Wheat: .29 1 Nature's Own Bagel Thins: .50 1 Naked Juice Smoothie: .29 (a new ZVR was there this morning) 1 Smart Balance Mayo: 1.00 1 Carmex:.49 1 big can of Muir Tomatoes: .50 1 Electrasol Tabs: 1.50 My total before e-vic, q's, etc: 78.86 Total OOP: 13.67 My $4 OYNO didn't print, so she gave me the $4 cash, making my actual OOP: 9.67!! Not too shabby! I picked up a second e-vic card for my mom but she'll only be able to use it once this week, would it be totally unethical to use her card and go back for more while the stock is still there? The one big one I had issues with was the Whonu cookies, the shelf was completely cleared so I'm thinking we have a shelf clearer at the store and either the cashier didn't limit the q's or they self checked. Fun anyway!! |

A lot of people do this, it's all how you feel about it. I don't like to do it all the time, but I do occasionally - especially when I was buying Tony's Pizzas and found the cheese ones in stock. I never clear shelves, and only buy what I'm limited to.
