Over the last few months Ihave asked about the number of coupons allowed for a B2G3 sale at no less that 6 Harris Teeters. The inconsistency from store to store is astounding. (Still my absolute favorite place to shop...) At one store, a manager told me that I could use up to 4 coupons, that the "limit 3 like mqs" had changed to "limit 4". At another, the manager said I could use 3. (Hadn't heard about the change, I guess?) At two others, I was told that because I was only really buying two, I could only use 2 mqs. At another, the CSM yelled at me for asking and stuck 2 fingers in my face. (Apparently, I somehow got into graduate school without learning to count that high!) And at another store, I got "Good question! Let's see how many go through!" And we did - register took 4, no problem. So... DOES ANYONE REALLY KNOW THE ANSWER? (btw, Can you guess which store will be getting my business?) |

"At two others, I was told that because I was only really buying two, I could only use 2 mqs." This is the policy at my store. However you can use a coupon for each bogo item. This is the way it was explained to me: You have to buy 2 to get the 3 free & that is how they ring up. Example: $5.00 + $5.00 + $0.00 + $0.00 + $0.00 On the bogo, they each ring up half price. |

If you look at your receipt, they actually don't ring up at $0.00. They ring up at full price and then just below that the price is subtracted as a store/vic sale. So it looks like this: breyer's $6.99 breyer's $6.99 breyer's $6.99 - $6.99 breyer's $6.99 - $6.99 breyer's $6.99 - $6.99 When other VIC discounts are subtracted, you can use a coupon on top of it. It's a weird little loophole made even more confusing by the store to store differences in practice. |

I used 2 coupons that tagged 4 items. I had (2) $1/2 mqs for Breyer's and (2) $1/2 mqs for Barilla pasta. So in each transaction, two free items were being discounted. Coupons went through, no problem. |
